Should be ini 2nd week aku training. Tgl lg 20 hari utk mendaki. Last week total semua training ada la dlm 10-15km kot jaraknya (ikot kalori la).
Tapi ni hari baru utk minggu baru aku x g memana. Skang kol 12 mlm aku training baca web.
Timba pengetahuan. Yg lama dh lupa dah..
